When the matter is called, there is no representation. Even on 06.06.2018 and 11.06.2018 when the matter was called, there was no representation. On 11.06.2018, this Court having regard to the conduct of the petitioner, gave one more opportunity by posting the matter today. Even today also, there is no representation. Therefore, it appears, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
