Heard Sri P.Ram Bhoopal Reddy, Counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.

Petitioner is a Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.45 of Yeavakili Village, Punganur Mandal, Chittoor District and her dealership was cancelled by the 4th respondent on 06.06.2015. Although the petitioner questioned the same by way of appeal before the 3rd respondent, the said appeal was also dismissed on 28.12.2015. Petitioner has now questioned that appellate order before the 2nd respondent on 23.01.2016 and also filed application seeking stay of operation of the cancellation order pending Revision.

3. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the stay application is not being taken up by the respondents.

4. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the stay application in the Revision within two (2) weeks from today and he will also dispose of the Revision within eight (08) weeks from today.

Having regard to the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the stay application in the Revision preferred by the petitioner before him within two (02) weeks from today and he shall also decide the Revision pending before him within eight (08) weeks from today.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
