None appears for the petitioners.

These two Writ Petitions are filed challenging the action of the respondents in demolishing the petitioners' structures in Plot Nos.61 and 62 in Survey Nos.161 and 186 respectively, situated at Qamar Colony, Balapur Village and Grampanchayat, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The photographs filed along with the writ petitions show that the structures were already demolished. The petitioners purchased the said property through a registered Agreement of Sale-cumGeneral Power of Attorney. But, the said Agreement of Sale-cumGeneral Power of Attorney does not vest them any title over the property in question. In view of passage of time and in the absence of any interim order since 2013, these two writ petitions are closed. However, giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition based on clear title.
