O R D E R

Complaining the disobedience of the orders of this court dated 4.9.2014 in W.P.No.34766 of 2013 by the respondents, the present contempt case is filed. The 1st respondent, Mr. Karikal Valaven, who was former Managing Director, A. P. State Housing Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad and also the Principal Secretary Housing, Department, State of A.P. and presently working as Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, State of A.P., Vijayawada, is present before this court.

The learned Government Pleader for Housing (A.P.) submits that the order of this court dated 4.9.2014 has been complied with by the respondents by issuing G.O.Rt.No.65 Housing (VC) Department dated 2.8.2017. The copy of the said G.O., is placed before this court. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same and accepts that the order of this court has been complied with.
