THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15021 OF 2019 ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Acs.4.18 guntas situated at V.Saidapur Mandal, Yallagotharam Village, Karimnagar District, having purchased the same through a registered sale deed dated 12.06.2014. Based on the said sale deed, petitioner filed an application on 26.08.2015 in prescribed form through on-line web portal seeking to mutate his name in the revenue records and also to issue pattadar passbook. So far, no orders are passed.

The acknowledgment of receipt of application through on-line is filed at page No.14 in the writ petition paper book. That being so, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar to consider the claim of the petitioner for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and pass appropriate orders by following due procedure as contemplated in The Telangana Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and the Rules made thereunder, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
