THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4223 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.73 of 2019 of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 406 I.P.C and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and the present criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
