Heard Sri L.Ravichander, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, and Sri P.Roy Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent - A.P.I.I.C.

This writ petition is filed challenging the letter dated 12.06.2015, issued by the second respondent, intimating cancellation of allotment made in favour of the petitioner by a registered sale deed. Sri P.Roy Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent - A.P.I.I.C, fairly submitted that the issue is no longer res integra and is covered by a decision of this Court in A.B.C. India Limited v. A.P.Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited1 and, against the dismissal of the appeals preferred by the second respondent before the Division Bench, the matters were carried to the Supreme Court.

In view of the order of this Court in A.B.C. India Limited (1 supra), the Writ Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
