HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4367 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/accused seek to quash the proceedings in FIR No.656 of 2017 of Kushaiguda PS, Rachakonda district which was registered for the offence under Sections 447, 427 r/w 34 IPC. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 12.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Kushaiguada PS, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 14.12.2017 before X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkagiri and CC No. is awaited and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.656 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) No representation for learned counsel for petitioners. 4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
