In the instant case, the petitioner is challenging the proceedings dated 23.09.2003, wherein the petitioner was surrendered to the head office.

With the efflux of time, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
