Notice before admission.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home takes notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5 and waives further notice and seeks time to obtain instructions. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner does not fall within the ambit of opening Suspect Sheet, the petitioner is been harassed by respondent No.5 by calling him to the police Station in the midnight for conducting enquiry as against the said Suspect Sheet.

This matter required detailed examination and the facts can be determined only upon filing of counter by the official respondents.

In the meantime, as an interim measure, respondent No.5 is directed not to resort to any illegal action as against the petitioner and not to interfere with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner, without following due process of law.
