Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid and the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli, Guntur District, has taken cognizance of the case by assigning C.C.No.193 of 2015 and even it ended in acquittal by judgment dated 13.08.2015 and, hence, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
