Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice on respondent Nos.1 to 5, 8 to 18 through speed post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service in the Registry by the next date of hearing. Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.Mohd Ilyas, as counsel for respondents.
