THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4065 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 22-11-2016 in I.A.No.385 of 2016 in O.S.No.357 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Agent to Government, Bhadrachalam, to dispose of the suit itself as expeditiously as possible.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
