THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 963 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh contempt case by adding proper parties. Permission is accorded and the contempt case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
