THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.29850 of 2011 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. After making submissions for a while, learned counsel for petitioner limits his submissions to direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 03.10.2011.

3. Mr. L. Prabhakar Reddy, counsel appearing for second respondent, submits that the said representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The respective submissions are placed on record. The second respondent is, accordingly, directed to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 03.10.2011 within the period stipulated above. The parties are directed to maintain status quo, as on date, till a decision is taken and communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
