The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the fact that the charge sheet has subsequently been filed the present revision has become infructuous. He further submits that the revision may be dismissed as infructuous reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application/s before the trial court, which the law permits.
