THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.17542 of 2010 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents not to call students for counselling or allot candidates to the 5th respondent-college.

Sri D. Jagan Mohan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent, would submit that the 5th respondent-college has since been de-recognized.

It is evident, therefore, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive, and that the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
