THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTSICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4994 OF 2013 ORDER:

On a lunch motion, when the matter is called for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have compromised the matter and a compromise is being reported to the trial Court in the pending proceeding before the trial Court and that in the circumstances, permission may be accorded for withdrawing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
