THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1305 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present criminal revision case is filed by the petitioner challenging the order, dated 26.04.2016, passed in Cr.M.P.No. of 2016 in C.C.No.55 of 2015 by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Chittoor at Tirupati, whereby the District Forum rejected the complaint filed by the petitioner herein seeking to refer the complaint to the Judicial First Class Magistrate concerned to take cognizance of the case against the Tahsildar, Tirupati Rural, Tirupati, Chittoor District. Heard and perused the records.

This Court is of the view that the present criminal revision case is not maintainable under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.,). Hence, the criminal revision case is dismissed as not maintainable. The Registry is directed to return the Original documents filed along with the present criminal revision case to the petitioner herein. The petitioner is given liberty to file Appeal against the order impugned.

With the above directions, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
