This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., questioning the order dated 25/01/2017 passed in Crl.MP.No. 1940 of 2016 in C.C.No. 11 of 2010 by the Principal Special Judge for C.B.I. Cases, Hyderabad, dismissing the application filed under Section 239 Cr.P.C. seeking to discharge the petitioner/A-11 from the charges under Section 120-B, 420, 418, 409, 201 of I.P.C., Section 7 and 8 of P.C. Act and Section 13 [2] read with 13 [1] [c] & [d] of P.C. Act.

2. Sri Challa Gunaranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner/A-11 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case.
