HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2457 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 17.07.2014, which reads as under: "The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not under currency of punishment or no departmental enquiry is pending against him and, as such, the respondents should not have withheld his pension.

Having regard to the above facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to forthwith release the pensionary benefits of the applicant, pending further orders in the O.A. " 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by the Tribunal on 17.07.2014, no further orders are required in this writ petition(TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has fairly acceded to the same. 3.
