Writ Petition No.2677 of 2016 was disposed of directing the Commissioner to pass orders on the appeal preferred by the petitioner.

Learned special standing counsel produced proceedings dated 01.08.2016 of the Commissioner, where under the Commissioner passed orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner. 3.

Since appellate authority already passed orders, there is no disobedience of the directions issued by this Court. Contempt case is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
