Cause in the writ petition does not survive having regard to the fact that Notification dated 01.06.2011 was issued and Fair Price Shop dealer for the subject village was appointed on permanent basis.

The above submission of Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
