.. Respondents THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34237 of 2012 ORDER:
This writ petition is amenable to disposal as Sri S.M. Subhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that pursuant to the interim order dated 22.01.2013 passed in this writ petition, the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has allotted duties to the petitioner in Kurnool region.
Sri A. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the APSRTC, points out that the petitioner, having been selected for the post of Driver in the year 2008, failed to come forward within reasonable time.
However, if it is a fact that the petitioner has been accommodated in Kurnool region pursuant to the interim order, this Court is not inclined to go into the issue raised by the APSRTC in its counter.
The writ petition is accordingly closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
