THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.2792 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order in I.A.No.474 of 2012 in O.S.No.18 of 2009 dated 08.06.2012 passed by the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Aggrieved by the very same order dated 08.06.2012, the present civil revision petition is filed on various grounds. However, it is informed by the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, that O.S.No.18 of 2009 was dismissed on 30.03.2017. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
