Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer CMP, stating that the matter is settled out of Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Tr.CMP is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
