This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside order, dated 27.01.2012, in O.A.No.45 of 2011 of respondent No.3 and proceedings, vide Rc.No.1912/2011-C, dated 15.10.2011, of respondent No.4.
At the hearing, Ms G.Veda Priya, learned counsel representing Smt K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
In view of the said submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
