The application of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the land to an extent of 75 cents in Sy.No.494/1 of Koppolu Village of Ongole Mandal, Prakasam District, was rejected by the Tahsildar, Ongole Mandal (R.4) on 30.10.2015. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ongole (R.3), who refused request of the petitioner affirming the decision of the original authority by endorsement dated 29.06.2017. Against this order, revision lies, however, without availing the remedy of revision, this writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file revision before the revisional authority.

Granting the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to say that as and when such revision is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
