O R D E R

The petitioner alleges that the 4th and 8th respondents - police authorities, are repeatedly paying domiciliary visits to his house and insisting him to come to police station and to settle the love related issue with one Ms. Gugulothu Kavitha. Therefore, he seeks for a direction to the respondent - police not to interfere with his life and liberty.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub-Inspector of Police, Chikkadpally Police Station, Hyderabad City dated 19.07.2019, wherein, while denying the allegation of the petitioner, it is stated that based on the complaint of the said Ms.Gugulothu Kavitha, case in Cr.No.221 of 2019 was registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 376 and 312 read with 109 IPC on the file of Chikkadpally Police Station and during the course of investigation, the police Chikkadpally went to Yerrakunta Thanda, Chinthalapalem mandal, Suryapet District to arrest the petitioner, who is the accused, with the help of local police i.e., and that when they went to the house of the petitioner to arrest, he was not available at his house, and that they are trying to apprehend him for the purpose of investigation. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
