THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.20139 of 2017 ORDER :

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that he had filed an appeal on 11.05.2017 to the 1st respondent challenging the order dt.09.02.2017 of the 2nd respondent, placing him under suspension pending enquiry; and that the said appeal has not been disposed of by the 1st respondent.

The learned Government Pleader for Services, appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2, states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the said appeal within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision to petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
