Respondents WHEREAS the Petrtioner above named through her Advocate SRI P RAGHAVENDRA RAO presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondents in not receiving and registering the Sale Deed in respect of property of petitioners Plot No.22 admeasuring547.77 Sq, Yards or458 Sq,mts, in Sy. No.7419 in the approved layout of Sevamandal Co-operative Housing Society, situated at Mahendrahills, East Marredpally, Secunderabad, Telangana State as being arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the Respondents to register and release the same after due registration;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P RAGHAVENDRA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted. You viz:

are directed to show cause as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to receive and register the Sale Deed in respect of the petitioner's property Plot No.22 admeasuring 547.77 Sq. Yards or45B Sq.mts, in Sy. No.74l9 in the approved layout of Sevamandal Co-operative Housing Society, situated at Mahendrahills, East Marredpally, Secunderabad, pending the disposal of WP No. 20918 of 2022, on the file of the High Court. THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER:
Notice before admission.
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court granted interim order dated 06.02.2020 in l.A. No.1 of 2019 in W.P. No.2384 ot 2020, The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. ln view of the same, there shall be interim direction to the registration authorities to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner in respect of Plot No.22 admeasuting 547.77 square yards or 458 square meters in Sy.No.7419, in the approved layout of Sevamandal Co-operative Housing Society, situated at Mahendrahills, East Marredpally, Secunderabad, if it is otherwise found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the lndian Stamp Act, 1899. However, registration of the document would be subject to the out come of the cases filed by the State against the order of the Special Court under the A.P.Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982, Hyderabad, in LGC.No.167 ol 1997.
