CVNR, J W.P.No.13963 of 2007 17.09.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioners cases for the posts of Junior Lineman (yearly contract basis) as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners cases for the aforesaid posts, by conducting interview on any other subsequent date and appoint them, in case they are selected in the interview. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.V.Jithender Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 02.07.2007, in W.P.M.P.No.17535 of is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.17535 of 2007 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
