HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 669 of 2011 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.2 to A.10 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C No. 470 of 2010 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Badvel, registered for the offences under Sections 452, 324 read with 34 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for petitioners/A2 to A10 submitted that the matter has been settled out of the Court and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C No. 470 of 2010 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
