Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. Petitioner's grievance is that he filed appeal/revision CCLA.Ref.No.P2/109/2009 before the 2nd respondent but the 2nd respondent had not passed any orders thereon till date.
3. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the respondents 1 to 5 will dispose of the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.
4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 5 to dispose of the above appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
