The petitioner prays for the following relief :- "... to declare the impugned action of respondent No.1 in not taking any action for preventing illegal encroachment of public place by respondent No.2 and further not taking any action for protecting the public tap located in front of the house of petitioner though it has been sought to be removed by respondent No.2 in spite of representation of the petitioner dated 09-04-2012 as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India."
Sri K.R.Koteshwar Rao appearing for 1st respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to re-submit representation dated 09-04-2012 and his client without further delay will examine the grievance and take appropriate decision. The statement of Standing Counsel is placed on record. The writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to submit copy of representation, referred to above, by enclosing a copy of this order to 1st respondent, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within three months thereafter.
