It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that this Court in identical circumstances disposed of Writ Petition No.33343 of 2012 and batch dated 31.03.2015 and a copy of the same has been placed on record.

In the circumstances, following the order dated 31.03.2015 in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch and for the reasons therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
