THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI WRIT APPEAL No.1132 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Learned Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh and Sri S. Niranjan Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent-writ petitioner agree that the interim order passed earlier by the learned Single Judge, and which was extended till 25.7.2017 by order in WP No. 19993 of 2017 dated 17.7.2017, was not extended thereafter; and no interim order is in force as on today. Learned Advocate General submits that the respondents have filed their counter-affidavit in the writ petition. As this writ appeal is filed against the interim order which is not in force as on today, we see no reason to entertain this appeal. As the respondents have already filed their counter-affidavit, the learned Single Judge is requested to hear the writ petition itself and pass orders thereon in accordance with law.

The writ appeal is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _________________________________ (RAMESH RANGANATHAN, ACJ) ______________________ (J.UMA DEVI, J) 16.08.2017 Gsn/kr
