HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.6756 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6551 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 and the 1st respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.46 of 2017 of W.P.S. South Zone, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 406, 506 & 34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and there was also pronouncement of kula divorce and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.6756 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
