Since the interim order granted by this Court on 2312-2014 in W.P.M.P.No.49441 of 2014 in W.P.No.39418 of 2014 has been vacated on 19-08-2015 and the Writ Petition itself was dismissed leaving all the issues open to be decided in a civil suit O.S.No.1624 of 2014 pending before the VI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
