Since the said I.A. appears to have been filed on 19.11.2018 seeking stay of operation of the Award of the Arbitrator rendered on 28.11.2015 in ARC.No.150 of 2014, the said Court is directed to decide the said I.A. after hearing both sides within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending disposal of the said I.A., there shall be stay of execution of the Award in ARC.No.150 of 2014 rendered on 28.11.2015. 3.

With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
