ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of 3rd and 4th respondents in opening the history sheet No.150 of 2016 dated 28.03.2016, against the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

It is stated in the affidavit that the petitioner was involved in Cr.No.24 of 2016 of Sattenapalli Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offence under Section 110 Cr.P.C., alleging that he was running finance business for higher interest and creating nuisance and breach of peace. Petitioner states that based on the false complaint, the history sheet was opened against him. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the matter, I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents informing the grounds for deletion of his name from the history sheet opened against him, and on filing such representation, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
