HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PTITION No.5785 OF 2021 ORAL ORDER:

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions dated 28.07.2021, would submit that the Investigating Officer in Crime No.152 of 2021 of Valigonda Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, has already completed investigation, laid the charge sheet against the petitioner herein, and the same was taken on file vide C.C. No.618 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ramannapet. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the very charge sheet itself. Granting liberty, as sought, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
