This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.463 of 2013 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submitted that the parties have compromised the mater before the Lok Adalat. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3 .

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
