Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondents 1 to 4. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondents. 3.

The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed with the following prayer: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not disposing of the Revision Petition dated 30.05.2017 of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 30.05.2017 by fixing certain time."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader submits that he has no objection for the same, provided the said Revision Petition is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition, dated 30.05.2017, filed by the petitioner against the orders passed by the District Collector, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad District (erstwhile Adilabad District) as early as possible preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
