Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Land Acquisition Officer & Project Officer, ITDA, Kota Ramachandrapuram passed an award bearing No.9/2017-2018 on 19.02.2018.

In view of the above, the relief, as sought for in the present Writ Petition, cannot be granted. However, it is open for the petitioners herein, if they are advised to do so, to assail the further proceedings.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
