Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving a liberty to the petitioner to file anticipatory bail before appropriate Court by raising all the issues raised herein and on filing such of such application, the Court concerned may consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
