As it is the submission that the suit itself is disposed of and the relief became infructuous, but for to say if at all any appeal pending against an interlocutory non-appelable order in appeal, one of the grounds can be urged under Section 105 C.P.C. to avail such remedy. Recording the said submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
