Sri E. Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that D.O.P.No.407 of 2015 was subsequently made over to III-Additional District Judge, Asifabad, Adilabad District, and renumbered as D.O.P.No.73 of 2015 and, thereafter, it was dismissed for default on 06.12.2016. Learned counsel, however, would make a request to grant liberty to the petitioner to move yet another application of this nature, in case the D.O.P is restored.

Granting liberty as sought for, the present CMP is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present petition, stand closed.
