THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.NO.7529 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.2983 OF 2010 ORDER:

The petitioner/A1 and the 1st respondent - defacto complainant of C.C.No.633 of 2005 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Khammam, taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 211, 347, 385, 500 and 506 r/w 34 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, Crl.P.M.P.No.7529 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
