This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.141 of 2013, against the petitioner, who is the accused, on the file of the Station House Officer, Bhanoor Police Station, Medak District. The offences alleged are under Sections 447, 427 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bhanur Police Station, Medak District dated 12.09.2018 stating that the case is closed referring as 'civil in nature' on 31.06.2014.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J November 30, 2018 DSK
